Lara is a Technical Director and Client & Growth Lead for WSP’s Infrastructure Planning and Engagement Team. She is a Chartered Town Planner with over 11 years’ experience, specialising in securing major consents such as Development Consent Orders (DCOs) for clients. Lara has supported 15 Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) to date, preparing consenting strategies, guiding clients and leading large multi-disciplinary project teams through the consenting process. As Energy Sector Lead for Planning, Advisory and Local Government at WSP, Lara is highly experienced in energy projects, including complex decarbonisation schemes.
