Jennifer Powers is the Director of Policy at hydrogen developer Meld Energy and its primary investor World Kinect Corporation. Previously Jennifer advised National Grid ESO on its transition to Future System Operator. She was the Special Advisor on Energy, Business and Regulation to Prime Minister Boris Johnson. Before Downing Street, she was legislative affairs director at the Free Speech Union, worked on strategy at Ofgem, advised technology companies, and was Managing Director of a professional services consultancy. 

Jennifer leads advocacy for the grassroots movement Smartphone Free Childhood and is on the advisory council of Palace Yard.
